When to use Ice Whey by Horleys is the same as most of the other protein powders on the market.
The most important time for you to use Ice Whey is after training or sports, this will help your recovery process and generally speed up this process at the same time.
Outside of that you can use Ice Whey in between your main meals mid morning, mid afternoon and before sleep if needed.
