Protein diets can cover a vast amount of different things as there are so many variations of them to choose from, couple this with the amount of specialised protein diets and also the companies that have their own types of diets and I’ll have no shortage of things to write about in my protein diet category.
High protein diets, low protein diets, protein diets that are named after their inventor, gimmick food type diets, company owned and named diets, daily, monthly and yearly protein diets and all inbetween should be covered here in time.
I come from a sport and body building background in the beginning, so I have seen a lot of different protein filled diets over the years.
As well as trying out many things myself either to improve for sports or to get more ripped.
This was to have more muscle to stand on the bodybuilding stage all shaved up, in my underpants and posing to Total Eclipse of the Heart.
So I will be doing a fair amount of writing about my own experiences with protein diets and writing and researching about others too as I go.
During my working career too I have been involved with the health food and supplement industry for almost a decade until a recent career change has lead me in another sales direction.
This involvement in the health food sector has given me a wide variety of experience and knowledge not only in protein supplements wholesale side of things, but also working in a health food store as well as being involved with different sport teams over the years too.
From working and talking to people from all walks of life and from all age groups over the years there are so many protein diets out there at the moment and also the ones that have come and gone too.
These protein based diets can help you lose weight, gain weight, put on lean muscle, detox, recover more efficiently from sports and training, keep you regular, give you energy and all of the above.
The key for what I will write about is that it has to contain protein in the diet.
This means almost every diet out there is available to write about as I haven’t come across the carbohydrate only diet or the air diet as yet.
