I chose protein products as a category because of my history with sports, gym training, sales career and the fact I have had to learn about protein and its many different forms through these pursuits since my first body building competition in when I was 18 years old.
Protein is available for your body these days in so many ways, not just in the food you eat.
The benefits of having protein in your diet as part of a balanced diet is great and you should be aware or make yourself aware of these benefits and also the benefits of protein supplements if you are training at the gym, for sports, dieting to lose weight or changing your eating habits to more healthy choices.
So here I will predominantly be covering supplements, namely protein powders and a few other types of protein products too.
Now you may think that protein supplements would be just a couple of powders and that would be it, but there are so many different brands with many, many different types of powders for different goals and outcomes.
